Doctors Who Do Not Properly Diagnose Patients
When we watch the nightly news in the United States of America and other parts of the world, it is not uncommon for us to see doctors who have made mistakes during their career. Sure, doctors are only human too, but they do go to years and years of school to get to be called a doctor. They get paid thousands each month, so they should try their hardest to diagnose their patients. In some cases, doctors go out of their way to diagnose their patient, but the patient has a rare disease or has tons of symptoms that could fit in any category. This is the case where it is hard to diagnose the patient and could result in failure to diagnose malpractice, but it was not intentional.

Then you have those doctors who believe they have a laid back job, who should have never been doctors in the first place because they cheated their whole way through school. Those doctors don’t seem to care about their patients and do not care what they are being treated for. Some doctors will intentionally take all of their anger out on their patients, have no heart and treat them for something that they don’t even have. All the while, what they are treating them for is something that is actually killing their body because they are not getting the treatment that they are in need of to overcome the illness. We have seen failure to diagnose malpractice claim on television too much in this day and age. There are many laws revolving around failure to diagnose malpractice.
